| I. Background | |
| 血小板衍生生長因子（PDGF）是一類重要的生長因子，主要由血小板、內皮細胞和巨噬細胞分泌，在細胞增殖、遷移、分化和血管生成等生物學過程中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。它不僅在正常生理過程中（如傷口愈合和組織修復）起重要作用，還在多種病理過程中（如癌 癥、纖維化和動脈粥樣硬化）扮演重要角色。PDGF 家族包括 PDGF-A、PDGF-B、PDGF- C 和 PDGF-D 四種亞型。PDGF 通過與其受體（PDGFR）結合，激活下游信號通路，調控細胞行為。血小板衍生生長因子受體α（PDGFRA），又稱為 CD140A 或 PDGFR2，是一種細胞表面酪氨酸激酶受體，屬于血小板衍生生長因子家族。 | |
